About Verdantise

Experience across delivery, investment and impact.

Verdantise is an independent consultancy founded on experience in project and programme management, public-sector delivery, ESG intelligence and impact measurement.

Our perspective

Workable recommendations. Clear evidence.

We assess a proposed course of action against the resources available, the people involved and the results it needs to produce.

Our founders bring experience across UK government-facing contracts, the NHS, rail and construction, as well as investor-facing ESG advisory in East Africa. Their work has involved coordinating programmes and delivery partners, preparing bids, establishing KPI frameworks, managing stakeholder relationships and reporting outcomes.

That combination shapes our approach. We treat delivery, governance, funding and measurement as connected disciplines. A funding proposal needs credible costs and a feasible plan. An ESG commitment needs reliable data. A programme requires clear responsibilities and usable reporting if it is to stay on course.

We can support a discrete assignment or work alongside client teams across several stages of delivery. Recommendations are grounded in the client's operating context, rather than a fixed methodology applied to every project.
